Event cancelled
Full refund of the ticket price, automatically, to your original payment method or TRAX wallet within 14 days.
Event postponed or moved
Your ticket stays valid for the new date. Can't make it? Request a refund within 7 days of the change.
You can't attend
Tickets are generally non-refundable. Some organizers allow refunds or transfers — check the event page.
Fees
Payment processing fees may not be refundable unless the event is cancelled.
Wallet top-ups
Unused wallet balance can be withdrawn on request, minus any provider fees.
